Those visiting the cave, sit back, relax in our anti-gravity chairs, and breathe normally. Clients should arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the session for a timely start.

Please fill out client intake form and release waiver through online booking portal before arrival. Late arrivals must reschedule to avoid disrupting others. Regular salt cave sessions are a no skin contact, clothing on approach to therapy.

Twelve people can fit comfortably and enjoy a salt therapy session lasting 45 minutes, beginning on the hour, every hour. Guests should wear comfortable clothing and clean socks. The cave is maintained at 70-74 degrees to protect the salt. Weighted blankets are available for clients who wish to use one.

No food or drinks are permitted, and sessions are quiet. We provide cubbies, but not lockers, oversized bags are not allowed due to limited space. Phones should be left in cubby or vehicle. Please converse in the waiting area to respect those relaxing inside cave unless you have booked a private party session. Please use bathroom on site before entering the cave in order to prevent disruptions.

To ensure the well-being of our practitioners, we enforce a cancellation policy requiring 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within this window may result in a 50% charge.
